Why does our system work?
Our system works because we investigate the cause thoroughly, repair and warranty the cause of the water intrusion, remediate according to state law and then apply our proven anti-microbial products to clean the affected areas. We then go a step further and clean all the breathable air in your building, even if outside the particular area of our containment because spores float and might have traveled to other parts of the building. This is of great concern to people suffering from allergies, asthma or immune health issues. How long does it last?
Every circumstance is different but controlled tests prove the treatment lasts a minimum of 5.5 months. We have a secondary line of products called microbial barriers. They are designed to be applied to new homes and buildings under construction, and are designed to protect and warranty the building materials treated for years. Is there a guarantee?
We offer a guarantee that the areas treated will pass an Air Clearance Test a mere four hours after treatment. The application of the microbial barriers allows for up to a 12 year limited warranty on treated building materials, depending on which product is installed.

Mold assessment involves an inspection of a building to evaluate if and to what extent mold is present. Sampling may or may not be necessary as a part of this assessment. An assessment must be done by State Licensed Mold Assessment Consultant. These consultants are licensed by the Dept. of State Health Services. These consultants are also responsible for writing a Mold Remediation Protocol to be followed during remediation and conducting post-remediation assessments for clearance purposes. What is mold remediation?
Mold remediation is the clean up and removal of mold growth from surfaces and contents in a building. Remediators must follow a strict protocol written by a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant and associated Remediation Work Plan that has specific instructions on how the project will be completed. At the completion of a project a post remediation assessment is done by a consultant to insure these protocols were followed and all areas are free of visible mold and /or damage. This consultant must also give you a passed clearance report documenting the results of his inspection.Texas law prohibits a licensee from performing both the mold assessment and mold remediation on the same project to avoid conflicts of interest.
