About Alamo Fire & Water Restoration
The Company was founded in 2003 as Alamo Enviro-Clean and operated as a Mold Consultant and Remediation Company. January 1, 2005 brought state regulation to protect the customer. The new law required the Mold Remediation Contractor and Mold Consultant to be separately licensed. The law also required the Remediation Contractor to insure the Mold would not return from the same source which created a need for understanding of contruction systems
Three for one. Historically, clients contacted three separate companies to perform the work needed. A company to move and store contents, another to demo/dry/treat the structure and yet another to rebuild the structure. We responded to our clients desire to deal with one knowledgable company to handle the entire project from start to finish. Alamo Enviro-Clean joined forces with it's sister company Kustom Construction (15 years in business) and evolved into Alamo Fire & Water Restoration.
We are a company of firsts. We were among the first to receive a License from the Texas State Department of Health ( Jan 05). We are the only company we know that offers free Water Intrusion Inspections and to our knowledge no-one else in the industry offers transferable warranties when applicable.
